Roses are not always red.

Sometimes they're pink,  sometimes they'er purple, sometimes even yellow.


Today, they're pink......ish.

These are some seriously sweet smelling roses.

They never stay on my bush for long.

I love the delicacy of the petals.

Even the buds are really cute.

And they make a pretty sweet rose petal jam.  Which is really more of a syrup.

It's going to be so sad when they go into hibernation mode for the winter.  But, at least I have my pictures.
